The first two bottles of this I bought in 2024 were amazing and lasted well over a year. The product was easy to extract from the bottle after shaking.
However, the last three or four bottles seem to have congealed and stuck to the inside, and the product is frustrating to extract.
I've tried shaking the bottle downwards to get the product to pool in the bottom, warming up the bottle with hot water to try to get the product to flow, and I've even emptied a bottle into a sterile dish (it came out lumpy and I had to scrape as much as I could out with a bent skewer) to blend it in hopes that it would be better after: it wasn't.
It still feels great on my skin, but I'm so sad that this product has become so hard to use.

I've been using this for years and it's a great find! Stays put, doesn't irritate my eyes or cause any damage to lashes, and washes off easily. Not entirely water-proof (summer sweat) but that's ok by me for the other benefits.
