    What happened?

    The first two bottles of this I bought in 2024 were amazing and lasted well over a year. The product was easy to extract from the bottle after shaking.

    However, the last three or four bottles seem to have congealed and stuck to the inside, and the product is frustrating to extract.

    I've tried shaking the bottle downwards to get the product to pool in the bottom, warming up the bottle with hot water to try to get the product to flow, and I've even emptied a bottle into a sterile dish (it came out lumpy and I had to scrape as much as I could out with a bent skewer) to blend it in hopes that it would be better after: it wasn't.

    It still feels great on my skin, but I'm so sad that this product has become so hard to use.

    Helping me get through chemo

    So much improvement

    I’ve noticed so much improvement in my combination skin after using the serum for a year now. My skin looks healthy and glowy and my rosacea is being tamed. I’ve also had friends notice the improvement.

    Caused Closed Comedones!!

    Would give zero stars. Caused clogged pores all over my face that has taken almost a year to fix. Save yourself! This is NOT FOR ACNE PRONE SKIN!!
